Better late than never! I am back with the latest numbers for Holiday Lake Estates. There is no single big story this month in Holiday Lake Estates. Three homes were sold with a net increase to the total inventory in the community. We have an unusually high number of homes available going into what is historically the slowest part of the year. In addition, policy changes in our MLS system are going to change the numbers we see being generated in coming months.
