I get frustrated with the high inventory of new foreclosure homes in our area. These were spec homes that never found a buyer.  I call those homes the less personal side of foreclosures.
FORECLOSURES are such an emotional event. People don't want to lose their dream. Many times life throws a really hard one and it is a struggle to get back on your feet.

Last night I told the tale of my "Miami Vice" condo. I try and give people accurate descriptions but do it in such a way as not to bore anyone.
Some people post simply to rack up points w/o having any meaningful content. My reason for being in ActiveRain is to teach & to learn.

I run Top Producer, really like it however my question is how many of the programs do I really need? I do not have a blackberry so that package has now value to me. However I would like to get the pasckage that connects to your MLS so you can import and export date, Is this somehign people find useable. My dollars are targetted to one of two areas.
