Recently, I had the opportunity to take CRS 200 which is the class for Business Planning and Marketing. This class is one of the core classes that allows the agent to work toward the designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I have been in the real estate business for nearly 10 years, and often heard other agents talk about how great the CRS classes were, so decided to finally take one.
