The Mesmerizing Colors of the Sky at Night in Columbus, Montana!
As I ended taking photos of the fall colors late in the day in Columbus, Montana, a few days ago, I did not get as many photos of the leaves. But, as luck would have it, I ended up taking more photos of the sky at night because there were plenty of vivid colors in the sky!
I will let you be the judge. After all, it is Speechless Sunday today! :)

As I had finished taking photos for the fall colors in Absarokee and Columbus yesterday (October 13, 2010), and was back in Absarokee to make dinner for friends at their house in Absarokee (yes, I brought all the ingredients with me to make two pizzas, a Hawaiian and one with 9 different ingredients which I dropped off prior to going on my latest fall colors photo hunt expedition) this was the last photo I captured:
This did not make it in the fall color series but I found the colors so mesmerizing that I thought it deserved a post of its own to share the view. :)

Red Lodge By Night
Here are photos I took the night of August 6, 2009. As I was leaving the office, I noticed the amazing display of colors in the sky. This was the call to make a detour om my way home to drive on Highway 308 towards Bearcreek and take the following sunset photo from the overlook before it got any darker. It was a memorable sunset and I enjoyed every minute of it. I will let the photos do the rest of the talking.

Sunset Over Madison River in Yellowstone
The following photo was taken in Yellowstone National Park on June 28, 2009. This was on our way out of the park from the Western entrance to get to West Yellowstone where we had scheduled to spend the night. I was the driver of the group and I had to pull out to one of the rest stops along the road to admire the sunset and its reflection on Madison River.

I went to Beartooth Market (201 N. Oakes, Red Lodge, MT) after work to pick up some groceries. As I was getting out of the car, my eyes were immediately drawn to the spectacular colors of the sunset behind Red Lodge Mountain.
