There are so many reasons to just love living here in the South Bay. The weather, the beach, the people and the nightly show that happens just down the street. This was a picture from just another evening down my street in Hermosa Beach. Honestly.....how lucky are we to live in a place like this?

As the parent of two here in Hermosa Beach, I'm always on the lookout for new and healthy activities in the Beach Cities and always happy to pass along information for kids activities. We had the chance to get a free session at Dawn Barnes Karate Kids back in 2006 in Redondo Beach. Our daughter seemed to enjoy it so we enrolled in the age appropriate class and were happy....for a while.

As a north Hermosa Beach resident, and the father of a 3 year old and a 6 year old, I seem to spend much of my time at Valley Park in Hermosa Beach. Valley Park is located on the corner of Gould (which....just to confuse....is also Artesia which is also 27th Street) and Valley. The park is an absolutely ideal place to bring the kids and meet some of your neighbors while you're there. Every month I post both the Recent South Bay Home Sales as well as the Median Home Prices for the various cities that I work and specialize in. I try my hardest to explain that the year over year change, when only looking at a specific month, doesn't necessarily paint an accurate picture.
