zillow: Again with the Zillow thing! - 12/07/06 01:55 AM
The Zillow site just came up online (it's 2:45am EST) and it is VERY easy to use.
Almost fool-proof (but I won't say that).
Now, I wonder how much it costs to advertise there :)
Whatever it is, I'm sure the rates will be going up in few hours. :)

If you don't get Inman News (and hopefully you do) this is a big deal.
I got this emailed to me and I haven't confirmed it by seeing the site (it's down for "Site Maintenance").
But this is huge.
Go to Inman.com and it's the first three storied on the left.

I know of no one that is active in the real estate market that is unfamiliar with Zillow, so I'll skip the intro altogether. If somehow you are unaware of Zillow, well then I guess go here; www.Zillow.com.
