Since i am new to this blog thing, I'll try and not ramble this time.  The only blog I have ever read is Curt Schillings on 38pitches.com

But onto this "blog" thingy, I'll tell you about my listing.  Its on Burdick Expressway, very close to the zoo.

It has three nice sized bedrooms, 1 full bath upstairs.  The living room is huge with 2 ceiling fans, a huge sit down dining room. The kitchen is very large as well, lots of cupboard space and counter tops.

There is a non-egress bedroom downstairs, along with the furnace, water heater,and laundry.

The back yard is very large, completly fenced in and borders our local Legion field, occasionally you'll get a free baseball flying into your new yard!  In the 7 years my clients have lived there, a baseball has NEVER hit the house.

The house itself in is very good shape, its well taken care of.  We have a very short amount of time to get an accepted offer.

If you have any questions, or ideas how to better market the place please advise!
