Unless you receive a referal from a friend or relative, sometimes hiring a Real Estate Agent to handle your Real Estate needs is like playing a game, you never know who you are going to pick. Do you want an agent who shows you a house but doesn't tell you to look beyond the homeowners furnishings to see just how great the "house" is? A house that a buyer might see a "claustrophobic" with the homeowners belongings, might be just perfect for your buyers belongings, if they could just see past what the current homeowner has.
