Why aren't more agents using online bidding? - 12/31/08 06:34 PM
I'm been involved in online bidding for about 5 years now.  When the right strategies are followed it's a very successful and proactive approach to selling a listing.  It's so much better than the alternative of sitting and waiting for an offer, continually lowering the price and hoping agents will show it.
Wouldn't you rather be in control?  Set a selling date and make it happen?
I think the reason more agents aren't doing it is because there is some confusion.  Some think it's only for "junk" properties and most just don't understand the process.
