This is a twisted tale that winds through the need to self-promote and the reasons people attack you when you do. It's also a little glimpse inside of my mind, how and why I blog, and who I really am.
Yesterday was my first day back from the flu - or whatever it was that kicked me down like a dog for a few days. Yesterday was Saturday and I still didn't really have enough energy to do much so I caught up on some old emails and prepared some topics for blogging. Reasons to buy can easily be separated from market conditions. For example even in a war torn world or impoverished nation it really doesn't matter the stability of the economy, the condition of the government or the value of housing, people need shelter and land. They need land to grow food or keep livestock. They need shelter to stay out of the elements. These are key basic human needs.
