Not too long ago I wrote a post about short sale negotiation and included information from Ned Blumenthal about how the law relates to real estate agents and brokers. Everyone wants to win at negotiating. Even the most docile and subservient win by losing. It's not animal and it's not warlike to be able to win at negotiating. Even if you are simply negotiating with someone about what to watch on the tube - there is negotiation when your goals differ.
