Eminent Domain refers to the Government taking away private property without consent from the owner. Usually this is done for Government use or third party delegation who devote it for public or civic use and in some cases, economic development. The most common uses are for public utilities, highways and railroads. Jim Grant, editor of Grant's Interest Rate Observer told CNBC that The Federal Reserve Bank would shut down if it received a conventional audit. With $45 billion in capital and $2.1 trillion in assets, The Fed's balance sheets are upside down and could not handle the scrutiny other institutions receive. The Federal Reserve sets in place artifically low interest rates that controls our economy. To me this represents a financial oligarchy and not a 'true free market' economy. The 3rd of wave of foreclosures is on the horizon ready to make a big splash. This group of people who are at risk of going into foreclosure are those with good credit and affordable loans. How could this be you ask? Simple. Recession and job loss! Along with the 'Alt A' loans getting ready to reset and the Options Arms recasting, this 3rd wave may be a gigantic tsunami ready to encompass the American landscape and severly cripple the Middle Class. What is understood need not be discussed! Double Escrow closing does not require cash or credit. The reason no cash or credit is required lies in a part of the law which states in a double closing, neither sale takes place first - regardless of which one is actually completed first, the law says they were both done at the same precise moment. Therefore, either can transpire first. You buy at one price, then sell at a higher price Realtors, bankers and even lawyers - will try to tell you the double escrow has been made illegal. Those who are so-called 'finanical experts' from Ivy League Schools are the ones running our economy on Wall Street. If this is the best education can buy, I'm not impressed.
Was your educational institution teaching you to deceive and rip-off the American public by being greedy and corrupt. Were you taught to not follow policies and procedures much less common sense? With all your deception and greed, you continue to destroy the financial markets for hard working Americans and continue to devalue the U.S. Dollar by more spending.

I read a blog post this morning titled "How to Screw the Banks with a Short Sale." I wonder why I continue to read posts like this when you can simply educate yourself on why banks should and will accept a short sale and why you are helping the seller. Take these comments at face value. Educate yourself or don't do short sales. It is that simple!!
