I Have $8 million in Assets - 01/20/10 09:02 PM
I have a high six-figure income, stellar credit history and $8 million in assets and I cannot get a mortgage.  How can this be?  Is it because more and more rich people are falling behind on their loans?  Is a 12% rate of default by rich people on a loan of $1 million or more the cause for the denial of my mortgage?
I know that 12% is twice the rate of loans under $250,000 and nearly triple the default rate on million dollar mortgages 12 months ago, but look at my stats.  No late payments, $8 million in assets and a high 6 figure income.  What gives?

Here is an excellent article written by Bill Sardi from LewRockwell.com.  Is the U.S. Economy being tanked on purpose or by intent?  If you are a student of history and or read some books on this subject matter, you will know it is by intent. 
As I have stated numerous times in the past, our economy is engineered by design and run in the same matter.  The promotion of perceived scarcity for profit is one example that provides wealth to certain people at the expense of everyone else.

If you have not seen Avatar yet, you are missing a masterpiece.  During the film, I had to bite my tongue from screaming resource based economy!  We are killing the planet, polluting our water & air and poisoning our food with deadly chemicals and toxins.
Our current path is not sustainable and we need massive change to avoid the inevitable destruction of Earth's natural resources.  This is why I am an advocate for a resource based economy and a huge supporter of The Venus Project.
