For those of you that keep on top of the Temecula localized market you more than likely have already heard about this and I would have blogged about this a lot sooner but have been too busy to add anything here.
 
If you were the planning commissioners for the City of Temecula and someone from Anaheim asked for permission to build a five-story upscale hotel; what would be your response?
 
As you yourself would do the City of Temecula said without a doubt, PLEASE DO!

As time goes by review my business and see the same problem over and over...
 
The quantity of clients I help at one time, the quality is always on the top of the top never any bad clients or people that was not willing to refer me to their friends, family and even total strangers.
 
So I am reaching out to anyone that can help, what are your suggestions on how to give a 5 star performance and still help 10+ people at the same time with that 5 star performance?

Was looking at some bank owned properties available in the Red Hawk area of Temecula and came across these three that I had to share. They all need some work but still these prices are awesome especially in such a nice area of the Southern part of Temecula.

This home is in the much desired community of Crowne Hill located in Temecula Calfiorina. One of my personal favorite communities yet forgotten by many other agents that services the Southwest Riverside area.
 
This home is listed at $265,000 which seems to be a little bit higher that I would have listed it (considering the most recent solds are between $230,000 - $260,000) yet I love to spread the word about the available properties here in Temecula.

I have seen this video before.... but everytime as a father of three... one being a son.  I must take the time to share it.
 
This is not my normal type of blog so I am stepping a little bit out my shell. Meaning what does your basic Temecula / Southern Calfornia Agent know about inspiration. Not much but this video made me want to share this with as many people as possible.

Even though I found and read about this several weeks ago with the new year it is time for new ideas in the Real Estate Industry.
 
In late December the popular magazine came out with an article titled America's Extreme Home-Sale Tricks and it goes on to discuss what different people and companies throughout the United States have attempted in order to get rid of their properties that just would not sell to the general public.

Pacific Heights of San Francisco as you can imagine is a very high end and well taken care of more established community.
 
Now one of the city landmarks which was also the mansion of Richard Chambers (former silver tycoon and US Senator).
 
According to The Wall Street Journal this house is haunted and has had reports of windows and doors opening on there own.
 
What could have caused this you may ask?
