multiple unit: Lowest Priced Multiple Unit in San Diego (Bank Owned)

They always say "it was worth the wait" well that could not be more than with this bank owned property I just got listed this morning. My market evaluation was submitted to the bank for approval more than 3 weeks ago yet they finally got back to me today and approved the listing price and contract. If I was their boss they would have been fired for taking so long but I am not therefore I am grateful they are providing for my family in this great economic time we are in!
