If you're not utilizing a social media  campaign then you're really missing out.

For years, I listened to other marketers "dub" the internet as just another medium but it's not and I think those marketers are now eating their words.

There's no other medium that you can interact, engage and get instant feedback from.  Not to mention the creating a herd of clients, and raving fans.

So, if you're not utilizing social media then it's high time that you start, however there's a certain learning curve to setting everything up right and making it profitable instead of a hangout like your 16 year old..
