The Demise of the MLS is Greatly Exaggerated
I just perused Richard Weisser's featured post about his prediction of the impending doom of the MLS, and it made me chuckle a bit.
Yes, I assume that Richard's intent was to stir the pot, as he seems to enjoy doing, but the very idea of what he has proposed is illogical.
Why? What Richard left out of his post is that most of the real information about homes on the Internet is culled from MLS systems, and the MLS — or something like it — is always going to be necessary as a … (28 comments)
