Well this was an exciting day. Ashland schools are back in session. This was a very long summer and I was very happy for the kids to get back into a routine. I know a lot of parents feel the same and some are celebrating this evening with Margarita's. I adore my kids, but I really adore my time as well. Working in a home office can be challenge enough, but sunshine and kids wanting to play is just too much for me, so Amen to the break being over. 

Enough playing, now it's time to get down to business. The market in Ashland seems to be humming along and I am noticing more REO's popping up here and there. Not many, but enough for me to take notice. It's still a great time to hop in and pick up some deals.

I've been getting a lot of questions about Partnerships lately. There are some investors that see the benefits, but may not want to go it alone.
