Has anyone used Quantum Digital for post card printing? I am thinking of signing up but I wanted to see if anyone had worked with them in the past and if so, what kind of experince did you have?

I noticed they charge a one time fee of $39 to setup the account. Is there a promo code to avoid paying that?
