House Extends Tax Credit Closing Deadline; Senate Action Awaits - 06/30/10 10:54 AM
 Great news for U.S. homebuyers who put a contract on a home by the April 30 homebuyer tax credit deadline. The House of Representatives passed The Homebuyer Assistance and Improvement Act yesterday which would extend the closing deadline to Sept. 30th. The measure now goes to the Senate for a vote.
