How Low Do Rates Have To Be Before You Buy ?? - 08/05/10 07:19 PM
I just have to ask this question to every potential buyer out there. How low do rates have to go for you? Last week and this week FHA was right around 4.5%, WOW do you know how low that is?? Do you know how low your payment would be?? In the Reno area, if you are a renter in most parts of town, you can buy for less then your rent payment.
