Just thinking about this place makes my mouth water. If you live in South Florida and you enjoy a great slice of pizza then you have to go to Primanti Bros. in Fort Lauderdale or Oakland Park.
Originally started in 1933 in Pittsburgh (known as a die hard Steelers fans hangout) these guys really know how to make a pizza great. It doesn't matter if you like plain cheese, mushroom, or the 5 topping special on your plate - it is all phenomenal at Primanti's.

I am glad to say that real estate in Palm Aire is looking great this week. So far this week, we have sold four properties, three of which were in Palm Aire. The other was a house in Oakland Park. We are also starting to see a turnaround in phone calls and the number of keys that are going out with the agents who show our properties.

South Florida Real Estate Update - Prices on Properties for Sale drops - 03/24/08 04:16 PM
The good news is that homes sales increased unexpected last month on a national scale. Sales actually rose by 2.9 percent.
The bad news is that home sales in South Florida fell in both price and amount of properties sold.  Last February Broward County's sales for the month were 360, while the year before the month of February 498 home sales.  Palm Beach County's sales went from 401 last month to 560 this time last year.

  A large two bedroom two bathroom garden apartment was just listed in Palm-Aire. It has some seriously nice upgrades and has a completely different feel than a highrise building. It is convenient because the parking lot is much smaller and you park your car steps from your front door. I speak to people every day who say that they plan to buy in a couple of months once "the market hits bottom".
I have news for you, the bottom is here and the smart folks are buying right now. I am not saying that everything you see is a worthwhile buy, but if you are paying attention to certain markets and your timing is right you can find the best deals of the year right now!
