I haven't blogged very much in the past few days because I have been so focused on making a big sale in downtown West Palm Beach. I have been working with a couple from New York City who are on the verge of retirement.
We have been monitoring the market for a couple of months and whenever something they were interested in came up (or got reduced to their price range) I would stop by on the way up to my fiance's house and make a virtual tour for them.

 South Florida is notorious for the summer rainstorms dropping down torrents of water. Last night my fiance's family and I were stuck in a fantastic italian restaurant (not one of the worse places to be stuck) because the rain was coming down in sheets and the lightning was illuminating the sky every 10 seconds.
This morning at 8:45am I was sitting in the left hand turning lane in front of my office on Powerline Road and S Palm Aire Drive. The whole southbound lane was sitting stopped waiting for the red light to change when all of a sudden I heard one … (0 comments)

Like a lot of people I love a great quote and sometimes I am even able to pull one out at the perfect moment. Lately I get my daily dose of quotes from my iGoogle home page which gives me weather, local news, my email overview, etc. I love turning on my computer at work each morning is reading these quotes.
