palm aire realty group: Move to shut down Division of Condominiums, deregulate community association managers has been officially derailed - 03/28/11 09:12 AM
According to March 24th article in the Sun Sentinel newspaper, Controversial provisions of a Florida bill that would have shut down the state's Division of Condominiums was struck down by a state house committee yesterday, meaning the division will stay. An amendment that removed the provisions from House Bill means state consumer protection laws, along with programs for condo owners and board members, will remain intact. The bill had meant to enact the following legislation:

palm aire realty group: Palm-Aire Properties no longer in business - 07/05/10 11:21 AM
I am saddened to report that this morning I drove by Palm-Aire Properties office to find their doors closed and nothing left inside. A note on the door says that they have in fact closed after 33 years of business and thanks there past customers for their support and business.
Everyone here at Wieder Realty wishes Ed and Linda Bosley and the Palm-Aire Properties staff a fond farewell and best wishes in their future endeavors.
