palmaire properties: Palm-Aire Properties no longer in business - 07/05/10 11:21 AM
I am saddened to report that this morning I drove by Palm-Aire Properties office to find their doors closed and nothing left inside. A note on the door says that they have in fact closed after 33 years of business and thanks there past customers for their support and business.
Everyone here at Wieder Realty wishes Ed and Linda Bosley and the Palm-Aire Properties staff a fond farewell and best wishes in their future endeavors.

  A large two bedroom two bathroom garden apartment was just listed in Palm-Aire. It has some seriously nice upgrades and has a completely different feel than a highrise building. A garden apartment is a two story building of usually twelve properties total. There is no lobby and no elevator. It is convenient because the parking lot is much smaller and you park your car steps from your front door. It offers all the savings of a condo, but more of the feel of a single family home with its private entry.
