Take a walk on Deed Street.
I was introduced to Deed Street at Blog World 2009 thanks to Doug Lazovick, the founder and man behind the curtain.  During the conference I actually spent quite a bit of time with Doug and got to know him and chat with him about Deed Street.
The idea of Deed Street is pretty simple.  As you tweet about real estate in your local market, Deed Street pulls those tweets onto its site and lets users search through them in real time as they happen.

So simple, yet so powerful.
I was watching a bit of the Dakno TV feed from REbarcamp Lynchburg today when I saw David Patterson and our very own Clint Miller speaking.  The talk was great - there was a lot of territory that was covered, but one thing stood out to me.  It's simple, but says so much.
David was talking about Google and trying to figure out how "searchable" you were.  All of us constantly want to know if we're holding the #1 spot or if we are holding 3 on the first page or … (29 comments)

There are still many opportunities in downtown San Antonio.
Stephen W. Yndo's recent report states there will be as many as 1,813 new residential units by 2011 in downtown San Antonio and areas just north of the city.  With a recent rise in number of urban-dwellers, San Antonio's downtown areas, could see some changes coming.  With many projects already in the works; including the old Pearl Brewery, St. B's (located at the site of the former St. Benedict's Hospital), Judson Candy, Altexa, Vistana, and Vidorra.  Several more projects are being started next year and 2010.
