Just when you think that they can not go any lower, interest rates drop slightly. Wow, if you are waiting for homes prices to drop even more, remember that when these interest rates climb- the game changes.

Wondering what is happening in the real estate market for October in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota?  This video will give you insight into our area market and the latest skinny. "bumbles bounce" and so does the market- when it finally hits the bottom , it will start the proces of going up. Do I know when that is - NO.  Do you know when that is- NO. I do not have a crystal ball- don't deal in that realm, but I do study the market extensively. I also study those who study the market.  I also know at some point that these present interest rates wil also go up- then what happens to your buying power?

Looking for a two bedroom year around residence to come to and Swim in Gull or fish in the many nearby lakes.
