Interest rates are going up ever so slightly, but going up just the same. We are in a market where historically everything is set just for you to make a home purchase.  With the huge inventory to choose from, motivated sellers, a multitude of distressed properties priced under market and low interest rates - what are you waiting for?  Looking to invest in a rental and have the renters make your payments?
