Great blog- What will it sell for, not how much do I want or even how much do I need. Overpricing the property from the start even with subsequent price reductions later has been statistically proven to net you a lower price in the end. If you are aware that it will sell for less than you owe , then a short sale will need to be considered or not selling if that is a possiblity.

For those of you who know me, I am quite anti-smoking and have several dead and dying relative reasons. Besides, smoke gives me an instant migrane headache and sometimes even the smell gets to me. However, when I get good news I like to pass it on. This good news is for smokers or at the very least their survivors. The Phillip Morris company will probably be ordered to pay more than $130 million to the widow of a longtime smoker who died of lung cancer. On a recent visit to the Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley, Minnesota we came across this sign.
Remembering a previous experience I had with a female baboon involving a rock and a very good pitching arm (that would be the baboon's, but mine is not too bad either), I snapped a shot of this warning sign.
This also reminded of some people that I have worked with or at least tried to.
