sell your home: Mn Home Stager Report- Now what size are those docks? - 05/08/07 07:20 PM

The DNR has changed its mind about the size of platforms at the end of docks. The maximum allowance width of the dock leading to the platform will stay at 8 feet. However, the platform at the end of the dock may be as large as 10.5 x 16 feet, or a total 170 square feet.

Sometime this summer on Edgewood Drive and #371 North in Baxter another coffee experience will be opening up. Area residents have watched and wondered what was going into the 1,835 square foot building next to Arby's. Now we know.
The site ,as described by Starbucks, will have a drive through to make those coffee runs even more convenient. It is to have "comfortable upholstered furniture, cafe tables with chairs and an outdoor patio." They will be selling coffee (of course) coffee beans, pastries and other merchandise.
