Ever wanted to use a snowflake in your blog or as a graphic anywhere from your computer?  These snowflakes are all made online, for free at this site. Make a snowflake 
Be careful because like Active Rain...making snowflakes can also be addictive! When I first arrived there, I didn't understand how to use it, but you need to take the scissors (the middle will turn green for cutting) and cut out whatever you like. You can view it, cut some more and then save it in your desired format.

In it, he explains the equalization of moving up from your home which has declined in price to a new home of higher value (which has also declined in price)
