Okay, this is not my usual blog but I thought this was very creative. I received it in an email and do not know who the author is.
 Here is a little something someone sent me that is indisputable mathematical logic. 
This is a strictly mathematical viewpoint...it goes like this:  What Makes 100%? What does it mean to give MORE than 100%?
Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%?
We have all been to those meetings where someone wants you to give over 100%.

Part one :
I do a lot of short sales... well not hundreds but a few  at the time and have closed a few ( the ones that don't clsoe is because the buyer walked away right before the approval came back ).
