buyer agent: To Realtors and Buyers I have a question for you - 04/21/11 07:28 PM
Okay, this photo has absolutely nothing to do with the topic. I just liked it. I took this in Warwick Neck for a blog post that I am doing. My question is to Realtors and to Buyers. I had a Buyer call me on one of my listings. Actually he found me on Zillow!! He is fully qualified and is a first time homebuyer. buyer agent: My latest Active Rain success story! Perserverance:) - 03/22/11 09:04 AM
Success stories are not always about the actual referral, but sometimes about the friendships you make along the way. Why is it, that buyers call a Realtor with absolutely no clue to what they can afford or where the money will come from. Why is it that since they haven't worked for over 6 months and their Landlord is throwing them out, they think, "I'm buying my own house"! I am starting to think that we, as Realtors, may promise a bit too much. We say we can find the dream home, help with finding
