Today I received a wonderful fresh fruit creation from Edible Arrangements, located right here in Warwick, RI. I have been fighting a bad cold all week and the arrival of this basket was very welcome. The past two weeks I had two different buyers who were in a lower income category looking for a home. One was an owner occupied multifamily and the other was a single family residential. I have been seeing homes sitting on the market for months, expiring and getting relisted by new agents. These homes were in the $250 and up category. The homes below this number are not sitting on the market, they are selling like wildfire. This market has created some type of juxtaposition.
