The Summit County CO Real Estate Market at the end of April 2012 is still improving over previous years.  Compared to the end of April 2011 when there were 280 closed residential transactions, 2012 at the end of April has closed 296 transactions which is an increase of 5.7%.  The number of closed transactions so far this year has also increased 32% over 2010 and 74% over 2009 as of the end of April each year.  While transactions are increasing prices continue to remain low in Summit County CO Real Estate.
