Single Family Home Sales
The Everett, MA real estate market report indicates that there were 110 homes sold in 2009 as compared to 99 in 2008. This represents a 11% increase in the number of homes sold. The average sales price changed from $251441 in 2008 to $227969 in 2009, a 9% decrease in value. The days on market changed 1 % from 145 to 146.
