The inventory of Condos for sale in Reston was 238 homes active on the market as of the 15th of July 2007 with new contracts running at about 30 a month.  Consequently, the absorbtion rate for these homes is about 8 months on the market.  Condos appear to be selling off at a considerably slower absorbtion rate than Townhomes and Singles in the Reston area.
