This isn't really an article, more of an ad with Do's and Don'ts advice made prominent with good design. So the 4 points are: 1) Neglect to Use Photos 2) Say As-Is in the listing 3) Exaggerate (e.g. "the best") 4) Imply the Sellers are flipping the property.Forget curb appeal. Think blurb appeal.
