Good News Today for California Homeowners in Multi-State Mortgage Deal
This is some good news for the California Homeowners who've persevered to get their loans modified and principal reduced under the Multi-State Mortgage Settlement.
If you're unfamiliar with it, California Attorney General Kamala Harris held out for a special "California commitment" from three of the six banks involved -- Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America -- which led to increasing the state's share of the settlement.
On behalf of California homeowners, thank you Ms. Kamala Harris.

My 3 Healthy Goals Update: More Sleep, More Veggies, More Water

Now that we’re 2 weeks into the AR Get Healthy Challenge, I wanted to check in and see how everyone is progressing.
As a reminder, these are my 3 “get healthy” goals in order of importance:
1) 8 hours or more of sleep daily and resting whenever I feel fatigued
2) eating at least 1 veggie & 1 fruit a day
3) drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Scrambl'z on Almaden Expressway is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and generously portioned, and even better, there's a positive, upbeat atmosphere throughout.
It's the closest to a Disneyland experience I've found locally, and those of you who know me, know that's high praise. Pricing is reasonable for the portions.
A basic omelette or scramble is about $10-12 and includes 2 yummy choices of about a dozen delicious sides, including fresh strawberries with HOME-MADE whipped cream, "angry" potatoes, pancakes and more.

Today is a Hallelujah and definitely a Happy Valentine's Day for my clients. After 3 years of Negotiating to the Death-A True Story of an Agent that Never Gave Up, we received the news that Chase permanently approved their loan modification for their Silicon Valley home.
