Where did your last client come from? - 03/19/09 06:43 AM
I’m a curious fellow. A question I always ask my real estate associates when a transaction comes into play is, “Where did your client come from?”  Traditionally it was most often one of three ways.
      1. They know someone I know.
They ride the bus to work with my neighbor. They socialize with a friend. It was a recommendation based on my good treatment of a prior client. It was someone from church, volunteering, a relative, a friend.
2. It was through my marketing.

Enough about work... let's go for a drive. - 03/10/09 02:42 PM
February 26, 2009, about noon… I’m driving north up Interstate Five from Corvallis and Albany to Salem. This is my third day on the road. I’ve been zigzagging my way around the Willamette Valley talking about internet marketing for real estate. I have one more event at 2:00 PM at our Ticor MWV main office in downtown Salem.
My iPod is full and the music cranked up. The weather is awesome early spring with sun, snow, blue sky, showers, and hail... For a moment I’m thinking about some of the cool programs I’ve discovered this year on the web. If you … (9 comments)
