Are real estate agents getting lazy? Recently I've read and heard agents say "That's just a waste of time" on many subjects; most notable is in regards to Marketing.
In fact, just the other day I was giving some pointers holding an effective Open House. A few agents blurted out, "Open Houses are a waste of time." Hmmm... it that a fact? I wonder if this agent uses tells his prospective clients this during is listing presentation?
