I'm noticing more and more agents are getting sloppy!!! I was taking a walk in the AM when I saw an agent fly by in their car come to a screeching halt (bumping the curb on the way), then jumping out to stick an "open house" sign on the corner facing the WRONG WAY! Over the past 2-3 weeks, I've visited broker meetings and noticed 60-70% of the agents where wearing jeans and a t-shirt! Not looking very professional. Finally, walking into a handful of open houses I've witnessed agents sitting at the table scarfing down food. What's going on??? Are … (8 comments)
