From my family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving! My daughter wanted to share her talents with everyone and I was more than happy to send it your way. When do you "Rain"? Night time, Day time, All day? - 11/18/08 11:47 AM
Right now as I write this post there are 3,093 rainers on line. I am normally not online at Active Rain during the day. It has become a late night habit for me. Sometimes at night there are maybe 750 Rainers or so and that is it. My question, is a post that is sent at midnight less likely to be read than a post at noon? When do you Rain?

Gas prices under $2.00 again. Did you wonder if you would ever see that again? It seems to me like things have picked up in our market here in Utah as well. I am receiving more calls on my listings, even have an offer in right now on a listing. How are things looking out there for everyone else? Bring on the happy news, I think we would all like to hear it.

Agents Left Out in the Cold Part III - 11/12/08 05:13 PM
This is amazing to me. I just checked on my MLS to see how many agents from All Pro Realty Group were still listed with them. See my original post http://activerain.com/blogsview/762662/Agents-Left-Out-in-the-Cold There are still 296 agents listed at 4 different locations. Are there that many agents with no listings or nothing in the works? I don't think I would want to be hanging out that long with out signing up with another broker. I still feel bad for all affected parties in this sad situation.

Who is Voting in Your Neighborhood? - 11/05/08 09:19 PM
 What a great chance to meet and greet the community I live in. If you get a chance sign up to work in the polls. We actually had as many people in our district early or absentee vote as we had vote yesterday. We were prepared for long lines and lots of people. It was busy all day but the longest wait for any of our voters was 26 minutes because some people came 20 minutes early before the polls opened. We had around 60% of our two precincts vote. Ok so daylight savings time ends tonight. I mean tomorow at 2:00 a.m. Now for me it is just past 11:00 p.m. here in my neck of the woods. But it is tomorow for many of you. 13 hours ago tomorow started in Bangkok, Thailand so do they use daylight savings time in Thailand? If so what time was it here when the time changed there?
