Looking back on last year, it's always interesting and fun to take a look at the extremes for size and price in our Fort Collins real estate market. Here are the homes that set the limits for 2014: Most Expensive Topping the list was 6343 Rookery Rd., located in the very desirable Fossil Lake neighborhood in Fort Collins. It sold for an even $2,000,000.
