Highland Park and Mt. Washington which are part of the Northeast Los Angeles sector will be combining resources for the happennings in town. We have had two area group sites that one can join and participate in on the web. The Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council is one known as the ASNC and the other is the N.E L.A. list regarding area information. The Highland Park and Mt. Washington neighborhoods are creating a new community group under a new ‘Patch’ site. A great short clip to see is detailed on You Tube,  so take a look and see the latest.

Recently I was spending some of my time to training and discussing the Northeast Los Angeles Real Estate market with other agents. A number of agents in my office found and discussed a survey done by Move Homeownership.
The most interesting data – currently 49% of homeowners that could sell their home for what they paid would buy another. The reasons given, in order of importance, were:
