My prediction (and that of others) -- many commercial loans will be coming due next year - but banks won't be funding many of them - or if they do - will be at a much higher rate... _____________________________________________________________________

Those who bought in 2004 (realize this is an average across all price ranges - with the majority of homes being in the lower price range) -- owe $23,348 more than their house is worth.
The Crain's PDF also goes into the average hours per week that a minimum wage worker would have to work for certain housing types....
Of course - when a home buyer uses our expert negotiation services -- we should be able to whack back those years!

Loan originations for home purchases hit a 13-year low last week, and refinancing demand also slid despite near record-low mortgage rates.
Requests for loans to buy homes dropped 3.1 percent in the week ended July 9, after adjusting for the Independence Day holiday, to the lowest level since December 1996

There are so many choices for fun the next few days and there are so many places to celebrate.  It will be a nice break after showing 40 homes across the Chicagoland area - over a four day period to two different home buyer clients!  (And the most recent www.naeba.org conference held here yesterday - which was great!)
