I am very proud of my husband, Al.  He is a member of the Big Canoe Volunteer Fire Department and works very hard to keep our community safe.  It takes many dedicated men and women working all hours in public safety.  My husband has been doing this for 7 years and looks mighty fine behind the wheel of the fire truck.

I know everything I read in the newspapers and hear on the news seems to be negative on the Real Estate market, but we at Perry Group Properties, www.northgeorgialistings.com are having a good year.  Our listings are selling and we are selling homes too.  They tend to be in the lower price range, but a sale is a sale!
People looking today are looking for a DEAL.  Some sellers are holding firm in the the price of their homes, while others are accepting lower offers. It all depends on their circumstances in their lives.  If they need to move because of … (0 comments)
