I have decided this year for 2010 to offer a hometown heros home warranty for my firefighters, police officers, nurses, and teachers.
This is because one of the biggest things my buyers have requested, is a 1 year home warranty with the purchase of a new home. So, I am offering a free 1 year home warranty for all my sellers, and it's value is up to $400.00.

lake mary: June 3rd in Lake Mary Woman's Self Defense Course Begins! - 05/11/08 01:48 AM
Because of the void for woman's self defense courses in the area, Champion Karate in Lake Mary will be running them every 6 weeks!  There are spots left for the course beginning June 3rd! The program includes personal instruction from Mike Freidman who is a 4th degree black belt, t shirt, DVD and workbook to review. The program was begun by Dave Hebler www.giftofpower.org, and he was Elvis Presley's body guard.  This program took years of research to design, and it will be held twice a week for 6 weeks. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to check out a great new organic market, right here in Lake Mary! It is a minute away from our new Lake Mary Event Center.  You can buy fresh breads, eggs, organic boar's head meats, vegges, coffee and even organic teas and coffee!  They even sell reuseable bags to grocery shop with, and a large selection of organic fruit trees and plants!  I almost bought a little key lime tree for the patio. But they also sell organic grapefruit trees, orange trees, and even Money Trees which is popular for Feng Shui.  The owners are super friendly and helpful, … (0 comments)
