Ever heard the phrase ... the numbers don't lie? 
Well, it's true.  No matter how hard we wish it weren't the case.
After reviewing the stats from the first quarter of this year for Faulkner County, AR, as compared to the first quarter last year, it has become apparent that our local market has slowed some.  It took our market a little longer than the east and west coasts, but it seems we are always behind in everything that affects them ... good or bad.

Why should you use a Realtor® when selling or buying a home?
There are endless reasons why using a Realtor® is a wise decision.
Think you can sell your house on your own? Perhaps you could, but selling a home is a complicated transaction. Consider the following reasons you might want to consider seeking a Realtor's assistance.
1. I don't have time to make appointments during the day or during normal business hours.
2. I have no way of knowing if potential buyers qualify for my home.
3. I am not aware of the legal documentation that should accompany a contract.
