The long awaited new Real Estate Shows flyer feature is now available. It is so easy to use and the flyers are professional and stylish. If you need help learning how to use the new feature, Jeff has created a great tutorial video. Check it out HERE. I think these would make perfect single property listing pages for Real Estate Agents. I am planning on using them to promote events, like realtor chats, library programs etc.
You can also post your shows to Google Base Oodle Trulia Propsmart Edgeio and Vast.

I have been using my Real Estate Shows before and after show as a sidebar widget for some time now. It plays in mini version right in my sidebar on the right hand side of my blog under my picture. I have been asked by several people how I got my tiny RES widget so I figured I'd write up a tutorial.
1. Go to your AR homepage and click on MY SETTINGS. You will see your blog title then blog description.
2. In the blog description paste the following code wherever you want your RES widget to appear.

It has been some time since I blogged about how I am using Real Estate shows to try to forge relationships with realtors. see blog The few realtors that I work with on a regular basis are not that tech savvy had have told me they would not be interested in using real estate shows because they just are not the good with the computer.

I have been planning on creating a HSS (Home Staging Show) that I can publish on my website almost as a commercial for Rockland Home Staging.I thought it would be a great way to market myself and my business. I was trying to think of ways to use HSS as a marketing tool. I was having a mental block on how to do this. The home staging industry is gaining steady momentum in the Real Estate industry but many of us have been looking for a way to fan the flames and ignite interest.
